Use a hinge and wheel to easily turn 2 temporary fencing elements into swing gates. By applying the system to 2 temporary fence elements, a simple 22ft swing gate is created for freight traffic coming on to the construction site. This hinge can also be used in combination with a Heras temporary fencing pedestrian gate. It is safer and more stable to opt for the sliding gate construction in which the temporary fencing runs over rails. Do not forget to use a good lock with these “temporary fencing” solutions. Padlocks create too much play between the fence elements, which is not secure enough. We recommend the Heras temporary fencing lock.
