The metal plate is used to fix a Heras fence stabilizer onto a paved surface or when the soil pin should not or cannot be driven into the ground. Heras recommends combining the Heras fence stabilizer plate with 1 Heras fence stabilizer, 1 Heras fence clip and 2 construction fence footings. This construction is only suitable for an open Heras fencing line. The distance from the fence to the end of the Heras fence stabilizer is approximately 4.9ft.
