Do you want to prevent your site being looked onto and guarantee extra security? Then consider one of these options to prevent unwanted onlookers.
There are various types of foil and fencenet that can be tied easily to a standard construction fencing. In the Benelux, it is also possible to rent complete construction fencing with foil. These foil fences are available in black and white as standard.
City Fences are 1 or 2 metres high and have a sheet-piling profile. These sheet-piling panels can be manufactured in the colours of your company or municipality. They can also include your customer or project-specific imprint.
The noise control barrier not only prevents onlookers looking into the construction site, it also reduces noise. Emissions of high-pitched beeps and low-pitched sounds from the site can be reduced. In the Benelux, you can also rent fences with the noise control barrier.

Maximum noise reduction resulting in less construction noise.
The Heras acoustic barrier 2.0 reduces noise by up to 32.8 dB. The NCB 2.0 has a longer lifespan, is easy to install, and is maintenance-free. Three banners are required for a complete temporary fence. The narrower size makes hanging the sound screens very easy. The size volume of these barriers is low for a very high sound volume reduction, which means minimal storage capacity is required. The acoustic barrier 2.0 consists simply of a special, patented durable banner that is 2 mm thick. This increases the lifespan and makes the product maintenance-free. The material is resistant to weather, UV and fire.
Many communications options on the Heras mobile fence.
Although fences are primarily used to demarcate a temporary construction site, temporary fencing can also be used for other purposes. Use the Heras mobile fencing used on your construction site to communicate current or future projects. You can obstruct the view from outside at the same time. The banners also collect the dust generated by your construction site. One Heras temporary fencing can be used for about 7 m2 of advertising. Brand awareness of your company, a preview of the current project, or a preview of future plans: anything can be printed on our screens. Experience maximum publicity at minimum cost.
Wind permeable fabric.
The Fencenet is a wind-permeable banner from Heras that prevents dirt (dust, debris) reaching the public space from your construction site. This type of wind-permeable banner partially obscures the view of your construction site (contours remain visible). A Fencenet provides 55% darkening. The wind load is lower compared to traditional temporary fencing tarpaulin. The large number of rings on the outer edge of the Heras Fencenet and the structure of the weave make it less vulnerable to strong winds and sharp objects. Cleanliness and appearance is guaranteed. Available on 5-metre rolls and loose, 3.5 metres wide. One roll is sufficient for screening more than 14 temporary fencing pieces (3.5 m per fence).
Rolls of tarpaulin for mobile fences in diverse colours and designs.
Heras temporary fencing fitted with a heavy-duty tarpaulin is an easy and effective way to screen (part of) the site from view and hide away the “forbidden site”, such as storage locations and backstage facilities. The tarpaulin rolls are 50 metres long and 1.8 metres high. The foil has brass rings in its hemmed edge. This means the heavy duty tarpaulin rolls can be attached to the temporary fencing using cable ties (not included). The heavy-duty tarpaulins provide 92% darkening. The advantage of using rolls is that the space between the fences is also screened off. The heavy duty tarpaulin rolls are flame-retardant.

Unobtrusively hidden from view.
The fence frame of Heras City Fence M850 1-metre high fences is filled with a sheet pile profile steel plate. This is why these fences are also called sheet pile fences. Ideal for traffic management, separation, and safety. They do not protrude into the road, but they obscure motorists’ view into the construction site. Bicycles cannot be locked to the fence, and graffiti is discouraged by the sheet pile structure. The City fences result in a cleaner, more pleasant street scene. A neat and tidy appearance for your construction site contributes to a positive corporate image and the motivation of your employees.
Combifence consists of a sheet-piling section (bottom) and a very fine meshed open mobile fence (top). Combifences obstruct drivers' views of the building site, but lets pedestrians watch what is going on at the site.
Obscure the view into the construction site.
City fences have a sheet pile profile steel plate filling the fence frame. This is why these fences are also called sheet pile fences. Obstructing the vision limits theft because valuable materials are not in full view of criminals. This design also promotes traffic flow. It is safe for road users and construction workers. The transfer of dust and other materials outside the construction site is minimised. Bicycles cannot be locked to the fences, and graffiti is discouraged by the structure of the metal sheet. The City fences result in a cleaner, more pleasant street scene. A neat, tidy construction site contributes to a positive corporate image and safety of employees.
In addition to these fences preventing onlookers looking into the construction site, they also absorb a lot of wind. A good foundation and the use of braces is therefore a basic, additional requirement for these fences. To create closed construction fencing yourself, you can of course also order individual sails in various colours. The Noise Control Barrier from Heras ensures noise reduction and restricts the view of onlookers.
